Handmade Sourdough Bagels
How we make our bagels
Our sourdough bagels are a labor of love. They are mixed with sourdough starter and double proofed over night in the refrigerator. Once the dough is proofed we portion out the bagels and roll them into rings. Soon after that we briefly boil the bagels, season them, and bake them.
These bagels are simply delicious:
We offer several flavors (Feel free to mix and match flavors) Also, we are always adding new flavors so feel free to contact us since this may not be a complete list.
Plain (This is a plain bagel with a little sea salt sprinkled on top)
Everything (This is a plain bagel with everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on top)
Cinnamon Crunch ( This is a plain bagel with a blend of real cinnamon and sugar coating the top)
Asiago Cheese
Other flavors we sometimes bake:
Jalapeno Cheddar (this bagel has the delicious combination of Cheddar and chopped jalapenos mixed in
Cinnamon Raisin ( Real Cinnamon and Raisins are mixed into this bagel)
Roasted Garlic and Sea Salt (Roasted Garlic is mixed into this bagel and topped with course sea salt)
Chocolate Chip

Ordering/Delivery
If you would like to arrange a pick-up or delivery CHOOSE "Local-Pick-up" when checking out.
In the additional comments section during check-out leave a comment as to where you would like to pick up your order and with any other order details. You may also email, text or call us with questions and additional arrangements.
